190 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the rules and conditions governing the use of the 190 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 190 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 190 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The 190 platform is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes, automated access, or on behalf of third parties without explicit written consent from 190. All users must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 190 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being frozen and any pending transactions cancelled. 190 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of account information.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by another party due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify 190 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 190 platform user, you agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, system security, or the experience of other users. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other methods to access or interact with the platform without authorisation.
- Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any technical errors, promotions, or payment systems on the platform.
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership to a third party.
- Using a 190 account for money laundering or any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Posting, sending, or distributing offensive, obscene, defamatory, or rights-infringing content through any platform communication channel.
190 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, if any of the above rules are violated.
4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 190 platform, including deposits, withdrawals, and wagers, are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is applied to users in the Malaysian market.
Deposits to your account can be made via supported local payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the selected payment method and may change from time to time without prior notice.
190 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. Users are advised to contact 190 support if any transaction issue arises and is not resolved within the expected timeframe.
Legitimate winnings will be automatically credited to the user's account balance once results are processed. Withdrawal requests that meet the requirements will be processed within the timeframe of the selected payment method. Any withdrawal attempt that fails to meet the minimum requirements or violates platform policy may be rejected or held for review.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
190 and its related entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss, service disruptions, or unsatisfactory game outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" and 190 makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or technical errors at all times.
Account Suspension & Closure
190 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, platform misuse, breach of terms, or activities that compromise system security. In such cases, any valid account balance will be handled in accordance with 190's current policy and may be withheld while an investigation is conducted.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact 190 support. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned via the original payment method, subject to full identity verification and no unresolved breaches of terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 190 platform, including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of 190 or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The 190 platform may include or interact with third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. 190 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
Changes to These Terms
190 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or to your registered account email.
